- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- ⅓ cup sweet potato puree
- ⅓ cup Xylitol-free peanut butter
- 1 banana
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Place the plain yogurt, sweet potato puree, peanut butter, banana, and cinnamon into a blender and blend it into a smooth mixture.
Pour the sweet potato peanut butter ice cream base into the silicone mold, ice cube tray, or resealable freezer bag and freeze it for 4-6 hours to set.
Remove the ice cream treats from the mold.
